What is the product warranty policy like?
Most electronic/battery-powered products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty for approximately one year from the date of purchase. There are other specialty products for which you can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If you have any questions about a particular product, please email us. We can contact the manufacturer/distributer on your behalf on a no liability basis. Such requests shall only be accepted for a period of 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the product. You are requested to read the information available either on our website or package of such product for further information.
Further…In case you receive a damaged or defective product, we can assist you in reaching out to the manufacturer/distributer for seeking a replacement and/or any other available recourse as per the terms of such product, you may either contact the manufacturer/distributer directly and/or in case you require our assistance on no liability basis, such request for assistance shall only be entertained if received by us on following email id sales@oohyes.in within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the product. In case any defect during the warranty period (if available) beyond clause a) above, you may contact the manufacturer/distributer directly or in case you require our assistance on no liability basis, such request for assistance shall only be entertained if received by us on following email id sales@oohyes.in 30 (Thirty) days before the expiry of the product.
Do the products come with batteries included?
Unless specified otherwise, most of our products do not come with batteries. Some of our products come with a USB charging cable.
What languages do you support?
We currently offer English (UK) as the language for our website, but our customer service team is fluent in English and several other major Indian languages.

How old do you have to be to purchase Ooh Yes?
You must be above 18 years of age, be of sound mind, and not violate national / state/territory laws and restrictions through your purchase.
Will anyone know what's inside my package?
Of course not! We understand your privacy needs and offer discreet packaging and shipping. Your order will be packed and sealed very safely. There is no description or indication of the product inside.
How do I shop online?
Once you land on our website, you can click the link and look around. After deciding which product to buy, click the (Add to Cart) button. Once you have everything you need in your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon to go to your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart, you can see what you want to buy today. If everything looks fine, select shipping and shipping settings, then click (Checkout). At this stage, you can enter your billing and shipping address. Click (Next) to proceed to the final step in submitting your order. In this step, you will need to add a discount code, if any, and then select a payment method. Enter your payment information and click (Confirm Order). At this point, the website confirms the order and charges you with the value of the shopping cart. Thank you for shopping with us!

Products intended for external use have no side effects. However, care should be taken, not to use it on exposed wounds, rashes, and skin infections.
